REAL SCOOP ON THESE APARTMENTS

This place used to be called Villa Madria, back then it was a ---- roach infested run down piece of property. When Cortesian bought it, lots of money went into the property, to lure people here, trust me thet needed to. Bottom line they painted and covered over lead based paint and asbestos. The mold breeding in the vents have made numerous people sick and move out. The chiller unit is 31 years old, last year we all went without air for 3 weeks in the hottest part of the summer because the parts to the chiller are not even made anymore. They have supposedly promised us a new one but it will take over 2 months to install, and they won't have it up before the heat of this year hits. The vandalism to the cars and the car theft is common place here. Water Pressure is horrible, The shower is always too cold and too hot, and changes mid-stream. The plumbing needs real rework it has been patched up but not fixed properly. The sewer smells drift up the pipes and when you lean over the sink, to brush your teeth it makes you want to vomit. Their are huge cockroaches, that crawl up the pipes, I have lived in Arizona for 18 years and have never seen a cockroach like this in an apartment complex. There are also huge ants that find their way in from the bathroom plumbing. The air vents have a moldy odor.
