We moved here from North Scottsdale, to save money and closer drivetimes to work - we have been here for 4 months and we cant WAIT to get out of here - The water temps range from ice cold to scalding hot while in the shower, we have an ant problem, the exterior starts to look pretty ghetto after further inspection and living here for a while.. The day we picked out the apartment, you get a little blindsided and dont realize REALLY what a dump this place is till you move in and have to suffer the consequences..
