Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I had no problems with the staff,nor did I have problems with my apartment.I took care of the apartment and kept it clean,it was free from roaches and insects so I have to say that was a plus.But then again I didn?t live like a pig like I saw some people did.At the end of my lease I returned the apartment,I?d say In really good shape a little bit better than before,but did need a little touch up on the paint.overall living here was pretty good for me.besides your in scottsdale pretty close to a lot of stuff,and rent for me was cheap.In the end cortesian was good to me I returned the apt. in good shape and In there return they refunded me my 400.00 deposit back.SWEET!!! Yah, you don?t find that to often.THANX-CORTESIAN!!!
