I have to say that I do like my apartment, the interior is pretty nic. When you first look at the community it seems real nice, but after a while it is what some call "ghetto". I have lived at the cortesian for 8 months now and wish I would of chosen a different community. I have had trouble with a couple next door to me with them slamming their door on purpose, for seven months now. The leasing office doesn't care too much about the situation, the only thing they are willing to do is offer me another apartment for more money....Why should I have to move. The noise factor is awful. There are alot of disrespectful people living in this community and I guess that is who The Cortesian targets the most. If you want a quiet place to live, and want to be a respected tenant...do not move into this community. The service overall is Okay, but do not settle for that. There is much better out there, It is very worth it to pay a little more for a lot better place.
