We rented at the cortesian after seeing it on the internet. We moved from the Northwest without seeing this apartment. I guess wse could have had worse. At first, everything seemed nice, except for the lack of sunlight available in the apartment. Ast some time went on, we discovered mutant sized cockroaches all over the grounds, and occasionally in the apartment. Towards the end of our lease, the place was getting louder and louder, attracting a younger more vocal crowd. Management didn't seem to care. I've never experienced any vandalism to my car, however I've seen i to many other cars in the parking lot, ie: broken windows, keying, etc. Also, someone stole my 7ft pomegranite tree off my patio, and when I went to talk to the management, one of the groundskeepers mentioned that he saw someguys walking off with a tree. One would think that would be kind of suspicious. Anyways, we got lucky in the fact that we hadn't seen this place until we arrived in Arizona, so we could have done worse, but we could have done much better. I wouldn't recommend it for the price.
