After reading your post about Cortesian, I had a few suggestions. If the management office refuses to do anything, contact the management company. As a tenant they can't deny you access to the number. Also call the housing authority or whomever is in charge of it on the state level. Also consider taking legal action and also pictures of the damaged areas. If you can video tape it then that is even better. I had to do this when I lived in my last apartment. Of course by the time the management took action it was two weeks before I moved. But at least my complaint was on record.
