Who is this person from 4/3/04''' Can you say..can't spell, does not make any sense at all. Hey you, get your facts straight. Sheila is not the manager.....The A/C unit is NEW!!! and did not break down last year!!! My apartment is very very cool!! The people you talked to probably don't know how to work their A/C. You should not move in here because your stupid to!!!
