I lived at the Cortesian for about a year and a half and loved it. The only reason I moved out is because I bought a house and I sure wish I had maitenance here. So far I had to pay about $200 on some plumbing issue and no telling what else I will have to pay. Plus my first utility bill with keeping my house at 85 was $110. Of corse I love having my own house since my pool is not nearly as noise as the one at the complex. But overall I would recommend this complex to anyone.
