Although the staff is friendly and accomidating and the location fine, the atmosphere is terrible. My car was vandalized outside of my apartment (I suspect from a resident) and the repair cost me a fortune. The air conditioning is shut off and I cannot sleep at night. My neighbors are creepy drug users and there are residents who practically stalk me. The interior is a bit of a dump as well. Everything is peeling, breaking, leaking, etc.... If you are a young woman and want to feel safe, move to San Marin or a nicer apartment complex that cost a bit more but is worth the safety.
