While this complex may be OK if you are young and a party animal, I don't recommend it for middle aged or older people. My apartment smelled like cat urine when I moved in and it never was corrected properly. The parking lot was torn up for over 4 months and we were advised to park in the street all that time. Because of that I got three dents in my car, one flat tire and a broken windshield. I was told my assigned parking place would be close to my unit, it was actually three buildings away. The air conditioning and heat are regulated by the complex so my heat wasn't turned on until December. In November I was without hot water repeatedly without notice. I would never recommend this complex to anyone.
