Dont move here!! If you are reading this it shouldn't take much more to convince you not to move in. The apts are nice but the exterior and neighbors are a serious problem. There are constant parties and beer bottles left all over the property. People seem to linger outside the apartment at all times of the day & night. I would also imagine that there is a serious drug trade on-going at the Cortesian!! In addition, dont be surprised to find dog @#$@ left on the landscaping or near the apts. As for parking it seems, it's a free for all so don't get angry when your spot is occupied. I dont care as much because I am afraid of my car being vandalized. I haven't been living here long, but am already looking forward to moving out ASAP!!
