Since the Cortesian has changed management, the quality of service (maintenance and staff) has increased considerably. Everytime I have submitted a repair, it has been done within 24 hours. I had to move to another apartment within the complex immediately due to personal reasons not related to the apartment and they put me at the top of the list and I moved within 2 1/2 weeks. The staff is caring and compationate and very friendly. The apartments are newly renovated and with neat floor plans. Electricity included, which is always a bonus. I don't know what some of the others are talking about with parties and such. I have not experienced anything but a quit and peaceful environment, though some trash laying about does exist. But, what place doesn't. I highly recommend this complex

You must be working for the Cortesian, or in one of the few quiet neat apts near the front. There are still huge problems with partiers, garbage, dog poop, noise, etc It is very depressing and "horrible". I'm moving out soon!!!
