It's that the people that work there are nice at first, but after the contracts are signed. It's all over for you. I lived there for a year and I had water leaking out of my air vent that they couldn't fix no matter how many times they tried. The rent isn't even worth it. They can throw all the specials they want at me, but I wouldn't take it again. Don't even bother going there for an apartment unless you want a crappy place to live in.
