i once lived at the cortesian but it was called villa madeira at the time. i actually liked living there most of the time but when the new cortesian management took over it was ridiculous. the first thing they spent money on was a new office. this was going on at the same time that the hot water was out on a weekly basis for approx a month.
thne they put in silly upgrades without addressing the serious problems which apparently still exist--a/c and water. it costs quite a bit to update the "chiller" system but it has to be done...it was messed up when i lived there.
the recent reviews that i just read make me think that there are still issues there and maybe it's management office someone should call rather than the apt office.
does anyone agree with me'
