We have been living here for 8 months now and are quite satisfied with the place and feel it deserves better ratings than given by the other reviewers.

Pros:
Excellent location with very easy access to highways, shopping, dining, parks etc.
Friendly and efficient management and maintenance staff.
Fair condition of the apartment considering the age of the place. (Built in 1970s')
Convenient Parking

Cons:
Not a family oriented place as the tenancy is mostly students at nearby Culinary Institute. (May be a pro for some people)
While they close side entrances in the night, main entrance has unrestricted entry to the premises while most of the nearby apartments are gated entry.
This place is planned to be demolished sometime next year and a new condo is to built, hence the condition of the landscaping and the common areas reflects a lack of enthusiasm by the staff.
