I only lived there for about 3 mos and could not wait to get out. Definately pay WAY too much for the quality of the residence. Units are big however, there is no gate and the parking is terrible. My car got hit in the lot there and our covered space was extremely far from our apartment. Also no laundry units in the apartment and it is not gated. Only good thing is you can walk to the bars lol Definately not worth the rent!

I would have to say that they include all utilities so the price isn't that bad with that in consdieration. If you go to any other complex and find a unit in these sizes, this rate and with utilities included... please let me know. I have lived here for almost 4 years, in the same unit. My opinions have varied from time to time, but I have no problems with the pricing, for sure. My car has never been damaged, and I guess I lucked out because my covered spot is right outside my patio gate. They do let some people move in that shouldn't be allowed here, but it happens everywhere I guess. When we first moved in, there was 24 hour security that we could call, and they ended the contract about 8 months after we moved in... so I DO agree with the main entrance always being open is a problem. A lot of loud bumpin' cars roll through in the wee hours of the morning. Sorry you didn't like here...
