Get away from there as soon as possible!!! First off, we moved into the most disgusting horrible apartment, nobody changed the carpeting (which is the law) and there was food and who knows what else scattered on the walls. We had already paid the deposit so we decided to give it a chance. It was on a month to month because they said in 6 months they were tearing the apartments down to build condominiums and that was 3 years ago, so a complete lie. THEN THE MOST NASTY PART, there was a large wire looking thing hanging off of the ceiling, it was about 3 feet down and you know what it was' TERMITES! There was a termite infestation, those tunnel homes they make were all over the apartment! When we complained numerous times they replied "were tearing them down soon and it would take a lot to treat these termites, plus most apartments have this problem" WHAT'! then they proceeded to tell us to just "wipe them off the wall" it was horrible. Now they are trying to charge us with an extra month of rent that we weren't even in there! (we only ended up in there for 2 months) Horrible people in there who dont give a ---- about anybody. Our lawyer is going to teach them a great lesson but dont give them the time of day its horrible
