It's not a child friendly place, as in no play ground for them to convene. They wake us up every morning running through the walkways screaming and riding big-wheels at the ungodly hours of the morning.
The other tenants tend to speed through the lots, even over the speed bumps, but the drivers are, in general, HORRIBLE. They will run over your pet without a moments thought.
There would seem to be unsavory illicit activity at night (drugs'!') around the leasing office. They don't screen too well here.
Management is slow to respond to anything...my washer still sucks after 3 months that I mentioned it sounded like it was full of rocks. Ice maker in fridge leaks all over floor....no repair yet. Poor painting...sloppy...chipped tiles, scratched counter-tops....no broom or linen closets!!
The local jack-rabbits are nice, though. Nothing is really close, except the airport, which has little prop-planes flying over every morning.
I sound like a sour-puss, but it's all true....i'm just being matter-of-fact.
All in all, it would be nicer if they kept their promises to repair things, screened a little more closely for unsavory types and had bigger and more speed-bumps...after all it is a parking lot...not the LeMans road rally.
I recommend you look before you lease.
