DO NOT RENT HERE, DO NOT RENT HERE, DO NOT RENT HERE! Need I say more' These people care way more about the outside of the apartments than the inside. They are in the process of painting the outside right now, yet the appliances inside are 17 or 18 years old. Our dryer door won't stay shut. You have to wash the dishes before you put them in the dishwasher. The refrigerator quit and all of our food spoiled because they wouldn't come fix it when we first noticed it wasn't cooling properly. Our neighbors had just moved out so they brought us their dirty refrigerator from the apartment next door. We had to clean it - disgusting! What a way to treat your tenants, huh' You also get alot of noise from the planes because the complex is near Scottsdale Airpark. However, they fail to tell you this when they give you a tour and if you're not from around here, you have no clue. Their landscaping crew starts at the crack of dawn so you are constantly awakened by roaring sounds of leaf blowers, lawn mowers, and chain saws pruning trees.I think they could at least wait until 8 a.m. to start. The roof leaks when it rains and I had to call them 3 times to get them to fix that. Can you say MOLD' I could go on and on all day long. I hope I have convinced you NOT to live here.Please don't make the same mistake I did by choosing this DUMP.

The management at Crown Courts are unprofessional. I was told before I signed the lease that I would get new applicances, months after I moved in and still no new appliances I asked the office staff the status of the appliances. They looked at me and said they never said I would get new stuff. I should have gotten it in writing but it just shows you what type of people you will be dealing with.
