I'm not sure what's up with all the bad reviews. I've lived at this property for 4 years going on 5. I've had nothing but good experiences. When I call the office they are very nice and curteous. My maintenance request is taken care of the same day or next without a problem. When my dryer went out they replaced it with a new one. The landscaping is well taken care of and they do start at 7:00 am once a week (no big deal) I like that they take care of the place. My rent went up, but so did everyone else's in the area, I looked around and decided to stay. It was worth the increase. If I start to see spiders or little critters,I call the office and they have the exterminator come out right away. It's a great place to live!!!
