well i have to say it is a fairly nice price to live in scottsdale. the ladies in the office are awesome and very nice and understanding. all of the residents are nice and quiet.

The females in the office are quite rude, disrespectful and I believe racially bias. As an African American woman, I have received a very cold & disrespectful response from the females in the office. I can't bring myself to call them women or ladies, because they don't act as such. The office staff has treated me and other African Americans differently than our Caucasian counterparts, and this is blatant, not overt in any sense of the word. I've lived in Scottsdale for almost eight years and have never been met with such disregard or apathy, as I have received from the staff at Crown Court. I will be open & upfront with anyone that asks, this is not a good deal for the money, and I would suggest purchasing a home or leasing from a professional management company, over leasing with any Equity property any day.
