I have lived in a few apartment communities and Crown Court has been the most enjoyable experience. The office staff is so friendly. They take care of any issues right away and they seem to know everyone on a first name basis. Maintenance is very quick. They have come to fix non-detrimental problems within 24 hours. Our neighbors have for the most part have been great, we have had some problems with our downstairs neighbors smoking (A LOT) but that is to be expected, it is an apartment complex. The general climate here is very friendly. The pool area has always been great. It is very quiet and close to food stores, shopping, and fun restaurants. Overall great choice for the $. Of course appliances aren't new, but you should see that when you tour the place so those complaining should think about that.
