We have had a roach problem, me being a bit OCD there is NO reason for bugs. Eww. I actually had a roach scale the wall and fly at me. I saw 4 in 2 days they send the bug guy, BUT he said the spray probably wouldn't help. neat.

The upgraded apartments might be nice but overpriced. The 1&2 bedroom apartments are about as cozy as living in hospital hallway.

So you have lived there for 2 years and only saw 4 roaches in a 2 day period..... Thats not bad at all! You do realize you live in the Southwest dont you? To help eliminate the roaches you need to poor bleach down your drains at least once a month.
