I moved into Crown Court apartments in September of 2008. In the year that I was there I had the following issues, 2 times that my ceiling in my Master bath leaked and flooded the bathroom area, causing ceiling damage. I was told to make a tarp so that it may not ruin anything. 3 times my air conditioning failed and I had to evacuate the apartment. My garbage disposal broke twice and my microwave started on fire. My apartment was across from the one pool area and it was closed for almost 2 weeks due to a problem with the pool water. I also had disgusting bugs (roaches) that were huge. I keep a very clean home and that just freaked me out. The issues mentioned above were all reported, but strangely enough the office area doesnot have record of some of these problems. Very strange. There are other issues but since I am in a dispute with them about it I cannot disclose everything.
