We lived here for 12 months and then had to move out of state because of the economy. If the job market hadn't been so dismal, we would have definitely stayed here. The best apartment complex we've lived in! Maintenance requests always got done quickly, the apartments are spacious and beautiful, and it's an extremely dog-friendly complex. You can't beat the location for hiking and other outdoor activities, and it was always very quiet and well-maintained. Wish we could have stayed!

SAD TO LEAVE??? Really? Then WHY would you write this as an "anonymous" review? Doesn't make sense to me, if you're going to write such a VERY POSITIVE response...UNLESS... "maybe"...you are the "PROPERTY OWNER"...HMMMMMMMMMMM... YOU THINK???

Attention douchebags: That was my girlfriend who posted that we were sad to leave. She's anonymous so she wouldn't have to created a user name and get a thousand emails about apartments though I don't mean to burst your cynical little bubbles. Yes, there were scorpions and I don't like them either. I also don't like wild pigs, oppressive heat, snakes, and people who carry guns into liquor establishments. It's f-ing Arizona. The cool thing is that Dakota lets you call pest control for free. The place was quiet, our neighbors were nice, and the office generally tried to help us though they didn't always know what was going on. We just had a good time there and felt the need to put a positive review in because we noticed reviews are usually only done by angry people with an axe to grind because of a bad experience. Our experience was good. And we didn't even own the property. But I won't tell anyone so you guys can keep the conspiracy theories going.
