I wrote in here before about Arabian Trails and now its gone. So here's the run down... appliances constantly break and maintenence doesn't get to them for a week or so. People park in your covered space unless you hawk them. Kids are everywhere, the fitness center frequently removes its televisions and the equipment doesn't all work. It is overpriced for what it is. And dont go 3 bed/2 bath because its only 2 bedrooms and they sell a den as the 3rd bedroom, but no one should have to live in that tight of a space. Anyway. good luck in your search, if you're looking at Arabian Trails just move on... they're getting ready to go condo anyway because its under new management.
