If you like watching kids destroy everything they come in contact with, and I mean lots of kids without any adult supervision move here. Also anything you see wrong in the apartment or need to have fixed, or that they promise you, make sure it's in writing. I have been waiting for 6 months for repairs that are still not done. Broken glass in driveways all the time, maintance parks in your one assigned parking space everyday. Most of the locks on the pools stick. These apartments would be really nice if they would just remodel them and keep up with maintance. It is really to bad no one cares! When you move in the apartment will have allot of damage that they will not fix, the painters spray everything insight and you get to try and scrap it off! You also have to clean the whole apartment before you move in. A/c unit is extremely loud, vents smell of smoke. I wish the few problems would get fixed so we could stay here, but there are allot nice places for less money out there
