The previous reviews are right on! Huge TRASH problem, the dumpster is always overflowing and smells up the whole parking lot! Not to mention it is unsightly especially with all the broken beer bottles, broken lights, random trash. It's like living in central phoenix rather than scottsdale. Definitely not worth the rent! A gang of kids roams the parking lot and are screaming all evening, not too relaxing after work, plus they drew a large fallic symbol in the parking lot with chalk and no one has cleaned it up for weeks. Parking is ridiculous, I get notes on my car even when I park in my own assigned parking spot! I have only met one nice neighbor (moved out). Office people are rude and don t know what they are doing. I had to scrub down the walls when I moved in, so dirty! There was like 10 years of wear and tear when we moved in and plenty of damage, wrote a full page of damage when we moved in, sinks/tube are rusty, floor peeling up, carpet dark brown (supposed to be khaki), on and on... Seriously you can find a lot better for cheaper, plus the area seems to be effected by "the creep".
