This is absolutely the noisiest place I have ever lived - and I moved here from Downtown Phoenix! Everything from airplanes overhead, construction everywhere, huge trucks on 94th St, cricket infestations, to motorcycles, you name it, it's here.

For a brand new luxury apartment complex in this area, you€™d think the workmanship of the apartments would be better. I have holes underneath my patio doors, my door handle (recently fixed €“ at least for now) had a hole so you could see through both sides of the door. My front door barely closes without locking it. My kitchen faucet was making horrible pumping sounds until maintenance fixed it €“ and explained to me it was because instead of using copper tubing they used plastic, so it will always make a pumping noise. The apartment insulation is non-existent €“ traffic noise on the 94th street side is horrendous €“ especially early on weekend mornings! My apartment has been sprayed twice €“ and I still kill about a dozen crickets every evening €“ they keep getting in somehow! Not to mention the scorpion walking across my desk!

There are more dogs (huge dogs) than people here - which means what little grass there is is ruined with brown spots. People even bring dogs to the pool.

The pool is way too small for the number of apartments, pool noise is horrendous €“ too many screaming kids - including a Manager's children - and this is mid week! There are squawking birds and yapping dogs in apartments near the pool - even the fountains don€™t drown out the noise.

People - residents and visitors - park everywhere - including in front of dumpsters, in fire lanes, even in front of people's garages!

People don't bother actually putting garbage in the dumpster itself, they just sit it on the ground in front.

The gates (which never closed the first few months I lived here) are a joke as there is no fence around the complex.

Worst of all Management ignores complaints!
