Don't go there

I found the staff to be very unprofessional. In particular the Property Manager (---). He should be fired for the way he talks out of both sides of his mouth. He will promise you one thing and do the total opposite. The staff will promise you the world and not follow thru with their promises. The units are overpriced and management will raise the prices with little to no forewarning. Trying to get things in units fixed is a long process and if it is not an emergency, good luck getting a quick response. Make sure that they have an accurate forwarding address, as they promise they will return your deposit, and then tell you it must have gotten lost in the mail and it is up to you to prove that the post office is at fault. If you move out earlier then your contract date, they will tell you that they have a list of potential renters, and the chances are good you will not be responsible for the entire length of your contract. The next thing you know, you will receive a notice from a collection company. Again, a totally unprofessional way of handling business. Dog poop all over the property with staff walking by the not picking it up. Scorpions show up in your bedroom and crickets fall from the ceiling fixtures. Under no circumstances would I ever refer someone to move into this property until upper level management of --------- cleans house with the current staff.
