For the person who commented that it's a great place to be after living there a couple of months --- WATCH OUT!!!

If your toilet breaks, which it will and has happed to several other tenants I know, the maintance man will track his dirty shoes on your floor and just unplug the thing.

The water in the bathroom smells like sewage! When I turn it on to brush my teeth or when I take a shower...the managment checks it out and finds nothing.

The appliances have never been changed out, using the original ovens, stackable washer/dryers that are too small to fit anything in, the dishwasher is and was always broken, dented in.

Under the sink leaks and floods the kitchen...the maintenance man checks it out 3 times and is still leeking.

1 toilet occasionally leaks urine to where it's all over the bathroom floor.

With all of this junk, not to mention the dog odar, the nasty carpets...2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms cost at a minium 967.00 per month as they had raised the rents significantly!!!

What a rip off!!!

****A magor error on the managements part: They went into my unit to put mess with the toilet and who knows what else, they reprogrammed the garage door to where I couldn't get in. I found a huge mess in the kitchen, the bathroom with a work order form for another tenant in another unit!!! She supposively had a large dog in the kitchen as a warning to the maintenance men...I do not have any pets so you would think that they would at least notice that.

DO NOT MOVE THERE...IT'S NOT WORTH IT UNTIL THEY RENOVATE EVERY UNIT COMPLETELY (FROM APPLIANCES, CARPETS, AND THE WHOLE SEWAGE SYSTEM) AND GET SOME COMPETANT MAINTENANCE MEN AND MANAGEMENT. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
