Dos Caminos

Lived in 2bd TH 2 yrs, appliances & plumbing SUCK From: DisappointedTHrenter Date posted: 4/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2002   Totally agree. Dos Caminos is NOT luxury. Their refrigs are outdated & small. I brought my own s/s and put their in garage. W/D were tiny. 1 pair jeans and 3 tops dryer took 1 hr . Plumbing, the skylight sucks the cool air. Maint. issues abounded, it took 1 year to get a dark screen on the WEST side of my unit. My APS was over $200, until they finally put the screns on. Quick response, slow & inept repairs. I've lived in Scotts. 8 years, and Dos Caminos the only place with roaches -- the big ones. Recommend La Privada east of A.J.'s nicer, luxury and lived there 2 years til we bought.
