These apartments are probably the nicest in Scottsdale, in my opinion. Conversely, the rents are really high. You could literally own a home for as much as they charge in rent here. Maintenance is really great though, if you have a problem, they'll fix it right away. They also keep the grounds immaculate. The office staff isn't the friendliest or most accomodating, with the exception of one young gal who seems to do all the work. Keep your place sprayed, neighbors have told me there are scorpions in the summer. And if you have severe allegies, think long and hard about living here... it's a big ol' dust bowl out here. Overall a beautiful complex, expensive but very well ran.
