Several months ago, this complex announced that it would be converting to condos over the next year. In the process, they have made everything unbearable for the current tenants to assure that they would move out. This would allow them to offer the condos to the outside public, with no discounts to the existing tenants. The previous staff were quite helpful. The new staff are dreadful -- really quite mean toward existing renters. Their total focus in on new buyers, and they are not bashful about it.
The location (Grayhawk) is nice, but if you have any exposure toward the 101 or Scottsdale Road, you will hear unbelievable traffic noise, especially at night ( noise travels in the open desert for quite a distance, I learned!).
The units are nice, but relatively small for the price. You can definitely hear through walls. And if you plan to stay for more than six months, you'll get kicked out when the owners decide to convert your building to condos!
It used to be a nice place to live, but we're moving out now.
