I have been a resident in good standing at The Enclave since Jan 2002, and having spent my entire adult life living in rental communities due to work travel, I can say with all assurance that Enclave tops my list. The staff that was in place when I originally moved in left something to be desired, however with their new people in place, I have no complaints. All my repair requests have been answered swiftly and with great result. I have one of the largest of the floor plans, and pay a good sum for it. That having been said, I can not emphasise how much it means to me when any request I make is met with possitive attitudes and answers. I have great neighbors and great amenities, and many more to look forward too as this condominium switch unfolds. The wealth of features being put in place for our ( the residents) use is unsurpassed in this market. Case in point, the parties they put on for our enjoyment are too much! I can't think of a better way to get to know my neighbors and network. Like I said, I have lived in these communities for many years and I can remember never knowing the people on the other side of the wall. No other managemnet company has ever done anything to change that; Trillium has!
I have read some of the other reviews of this phenomenal place, and all I can say is that whomever wrote in must not be good people. I actually have to wonder if they are harboring a grudge for end result of their own actions. You can draw your own conclusions on that point. As for their point of "getting kicked out", this is obviously not the case, as we continue to be offered renewal year after year.
I would, and often do, recommend The Enclave.... oops, VENU, with reservation.
