This review is so clearly written by property management at the Enclave that it's laughable. (For example, your self-correction of Enclave to Venu is proof enough. NOBODY who has lived here for any length of time calls it Venu, except the marketing slimeballs... which, by the way, should be spelled Venue!!!)



You may have been offered renewals "year after year"... Yet, you've only lived there for over a year, according to your comments, so you could only have been offered one renewal! Hmmmmm. And, you will not be offered a renewal as your building gets converted, which should be in the next year or less.



Also, ask any of the long term residents, and they will tell you the old team was fantastic... it's the new team that is awful.



As for all of the parties they held for residents' Are you kidding' These comments are clearly marketing drivel that the new managers are trying to disseminate. They are not based on facts. You refer to "Trillium" which is the new marketing/management company. They haven't been in place here long enough to have thrown all the parties you suggest.



It all looks great up front, but let any prospective renter beware!!! You must ask the tough questions about renewals, conversion, etc. And, don't expect anything once you move in. The new managers DO NOT CARE about renters. You are merely a short term bridge financing for them until they sell your apartment. I used to have some really nice neighbors here, but they were all chased away by management. I heard soem real horror stories from them about how they were treated during the conversion process, and I don't want to wait to find out for myself.

I don't plan on staying here after my lease is up this summer. There are lots of better options in Scottsdale.
