Over priced and phoney. The former staff was OK but the new one is full of it. They will say anything to rent or sell a unit. Buyer beware. I have gone month to month and look forward to moving out.
There are kids on very loud scooters racing around the parking areas. To many tenants have really loud motorcycles. Construction is every where and the crew is very noisy in the mornings when they show up. You have to keep their hours. If you are looking for a quite adult community, this aint it!
