First off, tell me those positive reviews weren't written by the office staff. PLANTS!!!!
Anyway, been living here near a year. First day moving in, the office staff was great, friendly, no complaints. The unit was nice, spacious, not shabby at all.
Then I lived here a little while, and realized just what I had moved into....
For starters, ROACHES. Big suckers too. This isn't just a warning for renters, but you potential owners too. These things are big, and good luck getting an exterminator (outside of Tuesday afternoon).
I've only seen a few scorpions, but one was enough.
The real bugs are the tenants. You see, if you're a renter and moving in here, you're treated like a second class citizen by both the staff, and the property owners who reside here. The owners are flat out rude, and honestly have no qualms in acting as such. Since you're renting an "owned" unit, your apartment is always on display and can be viewed at any time by a prospective buyer. Let me emphasize ANY TIME. The "Concierge" team in the Great Room also know full well who the owners are, vs. the renters. Now, I think that the Great Room staff is pretty awesome, but even they know that the owners expect (and get) priority. Heck, they've told me that flat out (guess it pays to go to the same bars as they do). That simply won't cut it for the amount I pay for rent. I'm sure I can get better elsewhere, and yes, I will be leaving Venu. Oh - "Chef Troy'sā cooking sucks. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
