I wouldn't even suggest this place to a enemy. I have lived here about a year and I cannot wait to get far away from it. The management is constantly changing, I believe this is the fifth time in 11 months. It is incredibly loud. You can hear your neighbors going to the bathroom, walking up and down the outside stairs, not to mention other things. The appliances are ancient and do not work properly. The landscaping is horrible. Online it says a "state of the art fitness center", but when you go in the equipment is broken and dirty. The pools are almost always dirty. When I moved in the baseboards and tubs still had dirt and who knows what on them. If you call to leave a complaint, either they take forever to call back or they don't. Anyone who says this place is decent and they enjoy it, must either be paid to say it, works for the company, or has some serious standard issues. This property is overpriced, filthy, loud, and desperate.
