This place is a dive. I am finally out of here after watching the place go to hell. The new manager sucks, swimming pools are very rarely clean, there is no weight room and their reason is that nobody is paying rent. There is dog poop all over the place and half the time the apartment complex can not even pay their bills. Cops are always at this apartment complex and if you live here expect to have your car broken in to. You can hear every footstep that is made from the up stairs neighbors. Management will not take action when complaints are made and they don't care who moves in. It is like living at the Phoenix Zoo, I mean animals galore at this apartment complex and it. There were times when the garbage companies did not come for over a week. The manager needs to be fired along with the assistant. They tell you one thing and then do another. There was a petition going around because of all the B.S. Be prepared to have plumbing and AC problems and it only gets worse. Good Luck if you move in
