So while reading this I started laughing, I have lived here since June and love it here, the workout room is almost brand new and has some very nice equipment, I use it daily. Yea the windows are thin, but it's not enough to loose sleep over. I never hear of this garbage truck either at 4 am. Also whenever I have had an issue with anything I call the office and they have the guys come out and fix the issues. My washer was replaced, when they went through and started putting new ones in. Have you tried calling the office to have them look at your washer again' They do have new people on the staff that seem to know what they are doing. Also as far as being a small property, there is spies everywhere. I tell the office frequently about people not cleaning up after their animals. That is what makes a difference on the property. I totally agree with the other renter. Yes its noisy in the am. The washers were replaced over a year ago. When ever you do have an issue you get the standard answer from Amy or Casey "corporate does not have the money to release, maybe next month"...well next month never comes. The "work out room" has a few items in it and is currently closed due to vandelism. If you do get a good workout, don't plan on using the spa. Its has looked filthy since last summer. As far as doggie droppings, why don't you go look at the area long 115th. There are always droppings there and nothing ever gets done. The area in the dog park will have droppings for weeks! Good luck trying to get any support from the office!
