I am really disgusted with some of the reviews people have written about this complex. Apartments are apartments, however I have lived in what I thought would be nice because I paid more, but however ended up with more of a headache. Yeah the maint crew might be lacking, and the office staff not up to your expectations, but lets give you a review at your job. I pay my rent on time, and mind my own business, and never never had a problem. This compared to alot of apartment complexes out here are great, least you don't see the staff sun bathing at the pool or having parties at the pool keeping the rest of the guests out.

As for the trash issue, yeah some people are just irresponsible and just dump there trash out there, in order to help fix things they did provide the free pickup trash service. What apartment do you know that does that'

All in all this is a wonderful place to live, our lease is up in july and we are relocating out of state otherwise we would be renewing the lease.

The grounds are mantained quite often....

I would recommend this to anyone, its an APARTMENT COMPLEX its not a house, there is a big difference, have to take the good with the bad.

This person must upgraded from a trailer park. I've rented from several other apartment complexes and never had to deal with trash and dog crap all over the grounds.
