After reading a very insulting and nasty review from a short term fellow ex-neighbor, I had to respond just from the sheer unfairness and lie of it all! I have been at Scottsdale Somerset since August of 1999 and have a genuine appreciation for a beautifully maintained and professionally managed property. Yes, there were roof leaks (from the original construction) but this is a management company that actually cared enough to undertake the colossal task of actually doing a full repair.....not just a "patch job", like is usually done by management companies that are trying to cut back on costs. Both the office and the maintenance have bent over backwards for me (as a resident)from day one. They have been quick to respond and when something was not an immediate fix, they would communicate with me as to why and when it would be done. I am simply giving "credit where credit is due" and believe me Scottdale Somerset is way past due on this. Keep up the good work.
