I am a bit surprised by all of the negative comments previously given. The staff is friendly, the landscaping is excellent, and for the most part, the neighors are respectful. Can't really comment on construction because that is on the other side of the complex, but I have never had a problem with construction or maintenance noise, then again, I work, so I am not home during the day to hear it. Every maintenance problem that I have had has been dealt with promptly. The pool and recreation areas are wonderful, the pool is not heated, but I don't swim in the winter when the temperature is in the 40's anyway. The only problems with the construction are plumbing, as I can hear the pipes get active when one of my neighbors takes a shower. The blinds are of poor quality, and the parking is pretty tight, but other than that, this complex offers very good prices for good apartment in a great neighborhood.
