I just moved here a week ago and I have to say after searching through TONS of apartments this one was a good find. We have brand new carpet its very quiet nice area. The staff are very friendly. Of course I've only lived here a week so maybe I dont know all there is to know yet.

Been here for some time and no complaints except the rents are continuously rising - and I mean continuously. My rent initially was 800 for a 2 bedroom and is now 1000. This was in a 1 year time frame. Otherwise, they struggle with roaches during the summer - watch out for that. I would use tons of bleach. Don't mind the kids running around and usual keggers - they say it's a luxury condo but it was converted. These are "apartments."
