This is an average property. The grounds and pool area are kept nice. This property is very dog friendly, which means you'll see a lot of dogs around. Some owners don't always pick up after their dogs, but I put that on the owner and not on the property. Frank's goes out of their way to try and fix this, and there are serveral doggie stations around the grounds - something I appreciated as a dog owner. I had little dealings with the management, and no maintenance needs. Management for the most part is adequate, but might be hard to get ahold of. The apartments are slightly older, but still in good shape. Overall the price for this property is high, but not out of range for a Scottsdale property. You're paying for location. I wouldn't pay this much for the same apartment in another part of the valley. Overall, I had a good experience here.
