I lived at Frank's for almost 2 years and never had any issues. In fact, the management and maintenance staff were friendly and attentive to my needs. Shelley and Scott are great!!
The grounds and pool looked fantastic all the time.
This was truely a great place to live and I wouldn't have moved if I had not been relocated. :(
