Frank's on Shea has great landscape and is comfortable and quiet. Occasionally there is some noise but is dealt with. The pool area is beautiful and well kept. I always meet friendly people visiting on vacation that really enjoy it as well. Shelley in the office really keeps the place running smoothly. It is obvious the HOA is funded well and they spend the owners money only where it is needed. Place is great!
