Break Ins Left & Right! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/15/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have lived her for over a year. Initially I loved the place. The floorplans are great, parking is tight but I deal b/c I liked everything else, until recently... In July of this year I had my car stereo & about 20 CD's stolen from my car that was parked out side my attached one car garage (we are a two car family). Ok, crime can happen anywhere, however, exactly 4 months later it happened again! Twice in 4 months my car was broken into. The stereo they stole this time didn't even have the face plate on it or any CD's in or around my car! I let management know, however, it is a Pillar community & though I understand they can't guarentee the safety of my belongings, I couldn't even get a garage under $100! I will definately be moving at the end of my lease. I just don't feel safe. Oh, courtsey patrol' None existant. I paged them to ask if they had seen anything, of course I still haven't heard back from them.
