A couple of interesting problems, but overall nice From: chadl2 Date posted: 8/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   There are a few things I love about this place: * Townhome style with attached garages. * High ceilings and trim * Big open feel, it feels more like a house or townhome than an apartment * The pools are nice, but a little far from our apartment * Access to the 101 The two hinky things: * It's right by Scottsdale Airport (small non-comercial) which is not normally a problem, but every now and then it can be. * They obviously didn't size the AC system correctly and it just doesn't gett cool enough during the middle of the summer. Overall, I would recomend, one of the nicest places I've lived. And if you are a big golfer it right by the TPC.
